Cold/Flu/Covid-19 Preparedness
Don’t panic, prepare. Take measures now to protect yourself and your loved ones from COVID-19. Wear a mask when around others. Get tested if you think you have been exposed. If you have concerns, call your physician. In an emergency, always dial 911.

Cold/Flu/Virus Preparedness

-
Stop touching your face so much (esp. eyes/nose/mouth)

Sneeze/cough into your elbow vs your hands
-
Wash your hands with warm water (at least 20 sec) often
